Our first stop will be Hum in Istria, a charming little town famous for its tiny size and recognized by Guinness World Records as “the smallest town in the world.” Here, we will enjoy a delicious traditional Istrian appetizer and begin our culinary journey through three countries.
We will then continue through Slovenia, where a traditional Slovenian main course awaits us, giving us the opportunity to discover the flavors and culinary traditions of the country.
To finish our day in style, we will visit Triest, Italien, and the magnificent Piazza Unità d'Italia, one of Europe's most beautiful squares overlooking the sea. Here, we will enjoy a traditional Italian coffee while taking in the stunning surroundings and the relaxed atmosphere of this elegant coastal city.
