Join us for a half day trip to the stunning Postojna Cave the magnificent Predjama Castle and incredibly beautiful Lake Bled. Our tour starts at 10 am, so it is not too early and you will have plenty of time to enjoy the sights.
First, we will visit the world famous Postojna Cave, one of the largest and most spectacular caves in Europe. Marvel at the incredible formations and underground halls as you explore the cave with our experienced guide.
Next, we will head to the nearby Predjama Castle, a stunning medieval castle built into a cliff face. You will learn about the fascinating history of the castle and the legendary knight Erazem Lueger, who used the castle as a hideout during a siege. We are not entering the castle.
The last visit will be to Lake Bled. There you will see one of the oldest castles in Europe from 1004, which stands on a rock 100 meters above the lake. You can visit the island and enjoy the beautiful air that descends from the Julian Alps to Lake Bled.

Itinerary
10:00 – Departure from Ljubljana
Departure from Congress Square 15, at the bus stop under the Church of the Holy Trinity.
This tour is designed for visitors who have limited time in Slovenia and want to experience three of the country's most famous attractions in one day.
Postojna Cave
Our first stop is the spectacular Postojna Cave, where you will explore a fascinating underground world.
The cave sightseeing experience takes approximately 1.5 hours. A local guide will accompany you through the cave and explain its remarkable underground features.
The visit begins with a train ride into the old cave passages. You will then continue on foot, crossing the Russian Bridge and exploring the newer cave passages.
Along the way, admire impressive stalactites, stalagmites and other fascinating karst formations. One of the best-known attractions of Postojna Cave is the olm, also known as the "human fish".
The tour continues to the Concert Hall before returning by train towards the cave exit.
Important: The temperature inside Postojna Cave is approximately 8°C throughout the year, with very high humidity. We recommend dressing appropriately and bringing a warm layer.
Predjama Castle
After Postojna Cave, continue to the impressive Predjama Castle.
The castle stands dramatically within a vertical cliff in the picturesque village of Predjama, not far from Postojna Cave. Its unique location and remarkable architecture make it one of Slovenia's most distinctive historical landmarks.
The tour does not include entrance to Predjama Castle. The castle is visited and viewed from the outside.
Lake Bled
The final stop is beautiful Lake Bled, one of Slovenia's most famous Alpine destinations.
Enjoy the scenery of Lake Bled and the surrounding Julian Alps. The area offers beautiful natural landscapes and views of Bled Castle, which stands above the lake.
Lake Bled is located in the wider Alpine region of Slovenia, while nearby Lake Bohinj is situated within Triglav National Park, Slovenia's only national park.
Return to Ljubljana
After visiting Postojna Cave, Predjama Castle and Lake Bled, return to Ljubljana.
