By booking the work of Best tours (daily and half-day excursions) you agree and accept the following conditions. This agreement is between you (the participating traveler) and Best Tours, Nebojsa Ostojic s.p., Mahovci 7a – 9253 Apače or any agent who books and pays Best Tours on behalf of your or any other traveler.
RESERVATIONS:
– Minimum number of guests is 2 or 3 depending on the trip.
The reservation process or the conclusion of a contract for a trip:
– first fill in all the boxes with your data
– boxes with a star are mandatory
– read the general business conditions
– and send the reservation
– After receiving your reservation, we send you an invoice for the payment of the trip and after receiving your 100% payment, the reservation is confirmed and at the same time it is a confirmation that you agree to the general conditions and the protection of personal data.
– All reservations must be made via the booking form on the website www.besttours.si or via e-mail to our agents at booking@besttours.si.
– All prices are in EUR.
– We accept payments through, via bank account, (with debit and credit cards), Stripe.
-All contracts (excursion offers) are kept at the agency, if you need your offer we can send it to you via e-mail at your request.
PAYMENT DEADLINE:
– All tours must be paid for 14 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND:
– In case of cancellation of already paid trip 10 days prior to the start of the trip, we will return the entire amount( minus the cost of the registration fee, which amounts to 18.00 euros per person.), but if the trip is canceled in less than 10 days, we are not obliged to return the amount and keep it in full.
– The passenger has the right to cancel in writing, otherwise the cancellation will not be considered.
– In the event that you leave a trip for any reason by your own decision or misinformation (you miss the departure, you do not like …) we will not refund any money.
– If you are not at the departure point at the time specified, we do not wait for anyone, and we are not returning money.
RESPONSIBILITY
– The Best tours agency is not responsible for the theft or damage of the passenger’s luggage or other personal belongings, valuables and documents.
-The company bears responsibility for any non-conformity of the services provided.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
– Organizing and conducting the excursion.
– What is included in the excursion price is stated on our website. Please read this carefully before booking a trip.
– We reserve the right to change the booking procedure, general terms and prices at any time without previous notice.
– Guide appers, when there are 6 or more people on a trip.
POSSIBLE DISPUTES
– The relationship between the provider and the user is assessed under the law of the Republic of Slovenia, without the application of the rules on private international law and procedure.
– In the event of a dispute between the parties, the decision of the Slovenian court shall have jurisdiction over the jurisdiction of the court in respect of each seat of the passenger or via the online consumer dispute resolution platform: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/
– We do not recognize any out-of-court settlement provider.
– These conditions apply from 01.07.2018
